This is a completely custom kick i made from scratch using a drum synthesizer and also mixed and edited with a waves puigtech eq modeled after the famous pultec eq and a waves puigchild compressor modeled after the famous $30,000 fairchild compressor. The sample rate is 24 bit/48k and a headroom of -6 or 3db i cant quite remember but nonetheless more than under clipping. This is almost the same kick drum i´ve uploaded previously, but this has more compression and overtones in the sub bass, along with an interesting technique i´ve been doing, lemme explain. . . I put the original sample twice in my daw (fl studio if you ask),leave the first sound like it is and the second sample is being equalized in a way that only the sub bass is being showed, so i added to that the saturation plugin ivgi2 from klangheim industries and slammed it with the plugin ott by xfer records about 9 times. Equalized the sound again to cut the sub bass and leave the raw high end sound you hear, finally added an izotope ozone imager to make it wider.

A simple kick/bass drum sound with a deep, sub-bass hum and a short infrasonic punch right at the onset (around 18hz), inspired by, and somewhat reminiscent of, the sounds of hip-hop/trap music. Made using audacity.

This is a bass kick i made with a nice crunchy toned delay. It started life as a mono bass kick off my 808 drum machine, i converted it to stereo then inverted the right channel, i distorted it and processed it with 100% envelope to really boost the front end punch. It's c2 pitch for convenience.

A 4/4 kick sound with background noise that sounds like a european city (e. G. Amsterdam). It has an overall phasing effect wash.

There is a short latency so you'll have to edit/time this yourself.

Mapex birch kit, akg d112's on the beater, and at the edge of the outside hole, both slightly off axis, with front skin off, and blanket over the kick !! also used the overhead sound when i bounced this down, so it has some sustain !! enjoy !!!.
